• Prohibited Activities: You may not use your recruiter account for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to posting illegal or inappropriate content, or using the service for any commercial purposes other than those specifically permitted by these terms of use.
• Content: You are responsible for the content that you post or transmit through the service, including but not limited to text, images, and other materials. You must ensure that all content is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
• Liability: You are solely responsible for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses that may result from your use of the service, including but not limited to any breach of these terms of use or any violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Models

• Eligibility Requirements: To register as a model on the job board, you must meet certain eligibility criteria, such as age, citizenship, and residency requirements.

• User Content: You are responsible for the content you post on the job board, including but not limited to text, photos, and videos. By posting content, you grant the job board a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the content.
• Prohibited Conduct: Certain types of conduct are prohibited on the job board, such as posting offensive, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Termination of Service: The job board reserves the right to terminate the account of any one who violates the terms and conditions of the job board.
• Disclaimer of Warranties: The job board makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content on the job board.
• Limitation of Liability: The job board is not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the job board.
• Governing Law: The terms and conditions of the job board will be governed by the applicable law.
• Changes to the Terms and Conditions: The job board reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
• Responsibility for Taxes: Models are responsible for their own income tax.
